Animl By Design will continue to operate in accordance with government guidelines. We are accepting and shipping all orders as quickly as possible, however, due to ongoing challenges related to COVID-19 your order may be subject to delays. 

Unfortunately due to Covid 19 we can not be responsible for any delay in the expected delivery date, the date we quote you is merely a guide to delivery. However will ensure to contact you in there are any issues but we will do everything in our power to make it a smooth process. 

We aim to ship within the two weeks lead time as specified on the FAQs. If purchasing from anywhere apart from the UK, the lead time can be up to 21 days at this time but we strive to do everything we can to make this faster.
