- Animl By Design Supply hand foiled Giclee Prints and cards
- Payment for orders before orders are processed
- Delivery times are 1 – 2 weeks due to the nature of the product. Each print is printed to order, then hand foiled and framed. Animl By Design aims to get orders dispatched ( not arrive ) within that time frame.
- If the customer wants an order to be processed quickly this can be done but please let us know upon ordering so that we can prioritize orders thank you.
- If in any event an order is late Animl By Design will endeavor to communicate this with the customer. The customer then has every right to cancel the order and obtain a refund at this stage.
- Refunds – if the delivery is late as laid out in the above points, or if the print has been damaged in transit then a full refund is offered.
- If the customer has a change of mind upon receipt of the goods, then in order to comply with government consumer guidelines a refund will be ordered -but please bare in mind you are purchasing from a small business and each item is hand made to order.
- Animl By Design offers replacements of product if the product hasn’t arrived or is damaged on arrival
- Each customer on purchasing does so with the agreement of the above terms
- Upon purchasing a product, the customer enters into an agreement with Animl By Design that these terms have been read and understood.
- Customer Service is of paramount importance to Animl By Design so please get in touch and we will do our upmost to assist whether before ordering or afterwards
